Training:      Mondays, Thursdays 6:30 – 8:00 pm (3rd session when necessary)

Coaching Goals:

  1. Create a positive environment.  Build Confidence and Self-esteem of each player

  2. 90 minute training sessions with more focus

  3. Develop tactical understanding of positions and roles

  4. Develop a tactical scheme that compliments the player’s current skills

  5. Introduce players to ply metric and agility exercises

  6. Create a competitive environment that challenges and brings out the best in each player

League:            Florida Champions League or comparable
