TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

The development of the team will be under a team approach between the head coach and trainer with both working together to develop the playing style, starting line-ups, substitution policy and individual goals for each player.

The training environment is designed to inspire players to find creative solutions to problems encountered in the field.   We are committed to meeting the specific needs of female players and creating an environment that enhances the sports experience from their perspective and reaches beyond the playing field.  We value respect and commitment and understand that creating a positive environment for players is an integral part of player development.
