Tournament Champions - U16 Boys 2008 Tampa Bay President's Day Classic

February 17, 2008 ... The FC America Omni-Red U16 boys played outstanding soccer winning the Tampa Bay President's Day Classic tournament and held their opponents scoreless in all four games. 

The U-16 boys division had two groups with 4 teams in each. Omni-Red won their group with 3 wins for 15 out of 15 possible points. They advanced to the championship match, winning with 3-0 and completed 320 minutes; that's 4 complete matches including the championship game of no goals allowed. A total of 10 goals were scored by 5 different Omni-Red players. Teams played: Seminole Blades, East Orange Knights, Gulf Coast United and HCU-Blue.
