FC America Boys and Girls Dominate at 3 v 3 National Championships

August 3,  2009 ... The rising U10 Girls and rising U11 Boys competed at the Challenge Sports 3 v 3 National Championships at Disney Wide World of Sports this past weekend.

The FC America FEAR won their first National Championship without losing a game the entire weekend. They scored the second most goals of any girls team on their way to winning the title. The girls beat a very strong team from Ormond Beach in the Finals. Congrats to Gabby, Nikki, Alexandra, Isabella, Megan and Sydney for an incredible display of soccer on the field, and outstanding respect and sportsmanship on and off the field.  (Click here to view photos from the game.)

The FC America SHARKS FC boys were the 2-time defending National Champions. Everyone wanted a piece of them all weekend, and the boys dominated their way to the Finals beating everyone in their path, and scoring over 60 goals in the process. The boys played a tough Naples team and lost in the Final, taking second place. Congrats to Jordan, Bryce, Mikie, Matthew, Caleb and Eric, still considered one of the best U11 3 v 3 teams in the country.  (Click here to view photos from the game.)

Both the FCA Girls and FCA Boys turned heads of coaches, parents and officials with their outstanding play and sportsmanship. Well done to these great teams for representing FC America in the best possible way!
