Congratulations to the FC America Kumba U18 Girls, Score at the Shore Success

February 19, 2007 ... Over Presidents Day weekend the FC America Kumba U18 girls followed up their Disney Showcase Championship by reaching the final of the prestigious Score at the Shore Showcase in Tampa. It was a long weekend of games with the team playing in their 6th game of the weekend in the final. They had advanced to the final by defeating teams from Maryland, Florida(2) and Illinois. They played the final against the defending Florida State Champion Space Coast United. It was a hard fought game with Space Coast getting the winning goal on a corner for a 1-0 victory.
