We are committed to providing access to all children and parents regardless of race, disability, and economic status.

Program Commitment

To achieve these goals FC America soccer academy will make the following commitment to its programs:

  1. Provide a quality playing and training facility that is safe for children

  2. Provide experienced, dedicated, highly motivated, and professional staff to guide players and facilitators.

  3. Provide an emotionally safe environment for children to learn.

  4. Ensure that players are trained in the latest skills and techniques.

  5. Provide a coordinated and centralized structure to create continuity in the development of players.

  6. FCA will create no more than two teams in any given age group that plays 11 vs. 11.  The first team will be designated as State Cup level and the second team will be designated at the Region Cup level however exceptions can be made to have two State Cup teams if the talent level warrants. At tryouts, the State Cup team will have priority in selecting players.

FC America recognizes that for these goals to be achieved the player must, most importantly, enjoy playing and participating in his own development.  FC America soccer academy is hugely committed to the development of the "whole" player.

Omni and Kumba Collegiate Premier Program

Target Group:

Boys and Girls Under 9 through Under 18

Purpose:

The collegiate premier program, “Soccer with a Difference”, developed at FC America is not offered by any other club in Central Florida.   Our boy's teams, known as “Omni”, and our girl's teams, known as “Kumba”, have set a standard for soccer synonymous with success and a winning tradition.

This program is designed for players seeking the highest level of training and those with aspirations of playing in college or professionally. Strong academic performance is emphasized and encouraged to maximize each player's opportunities of reaching their goals. Our two-night seminar for our high school age players, "The College EDGE", was designed to inform and enlighten both parents and players about the recruiting process. Each player receives a comprehensive guide on how to enhance his/her chances of playing in college, from choosing the right school to making an effective video. In addition we bring in a guest speaker to explain the inside story of the recruiting process and how college coaches view and deal with players they are recruiting.

Omni & Kumba teams are comprised of players and parents who are committed to soccer excellence.  Our teams travel to some of the most prestigious college showcase tournaments in the country.  Players in this program are exposed to the most advanced coaching curriculum available. Our soccer educators develop each player’s ability to possess the ball with creativity, defend with purpose, and transition from both attack to defense and defense to attack.  Our goal is to create an intense environment that nourishes each player's potential and their ability to solve problems within the modern game.
